Drop-off/Pick-Up Procedures

Drop Off Procedure:

Before you drop-off, please double-check the following then follow the instructions below:

  • All items are hung with hook facing left
  • All items have tags
  • All tags have barcodes
  • Clothing is grouped by size & sex – very important!

1. Please sign in.

2. Verify your contact information and email address.

3. You will receive your Presale Ticket at the sign-in table. Only consignors, spouses, children and grandmothers will be able to enter the sale on one ticket.

4. Take your items to your assigned inspection area. We have a clothing & shoe intake area and a separate inspection area for toys, equipment, etc.

5. If you need additional barcodes, take those items to the barcode station while your other items are being inspected.

6. Once your items have been inspected, we welcome you to help us put them out on the sales floor.

7. Please allow 20-30 minutes for drop-off.

Pick Up Procedure:

1. Sign in.

2. Pick up your unsold items (pre-sorted into your letter category as indicated on the right corner of your barcodes, e.g. “group A”).

3. Check the lost and found.

4. Checks will be distributed at pick-up. If you don’t plan to attend pick-up your check will be mailed to you within 7 days. No need to bring a self-addressed stamped envelope.

5. Feel free to grab some hangers for our next sale.

6. We cannot be held responsible for any items that you leave behind. Items not picked up by 6pm on Monday will be donated to a local charity. We cannot make any exceptions due to the tight deadline we have in cleaning up the venue. Thank you for understanding.
