How to Barcode Items

BARCODE DEADLINE: submit online by Sept. 1 to have them mailed. Barcodes submitted online Sept. 2-12 will be available for pick-up only at Southern Indiana Sports Center Sept. 14, 9am to 8pm.

  • Barcodes provide your consignor number, item price and whether it is to be sold 1/2 price on the last day.
  • Once you have your items prepared, we recommend creating a barcode order list. (ex. 4 @ $2.00/No Discount, 6 @ $2.00, 8 @ $4.00, etc.)
  • Log in to your account and order your barcodes. If you submitted your barcode order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with a batch number. Feel free to contact us anytime if you need further assistance: info@littletreasuressale.com.
  • We no longer mail tags with barcode orders. You can pre-purchase tags from us at any sale (100 for $1), print your own on cardstock using our tag template or use 3×5 index cards.
  • All barcode packets will be mailed 48 hours after you submit your barcode order. Please try to submit all barcodes on the same day so we mail just one packet. Extras can be printed on drop-off day at our barcoding station. Additional packets mailed may incur additional postage fees.
  • Price items to sell: We recommend starting with 75% off retail then adjusting slightly up or down based on brand name, age, condition.
  • Price in $.50 increments. (ex. $2.00, $2.50, not $2.25) Items not priced in $.50 increments will be reduced to the closest whole dollar amount.
