*New Parent = expectant mom or parent of infant 6 months or younger. New parents, spouses and/or grandmothers may come to the pre-sale. After you register, please print your confirmation email and bring with you to the pre-sale.

Barcodes submitted after April 2 will be available for pickup at Newlin Hall on Mon, April 17 from 9 am – 8pm.

If you are a Louisville seller, we are happy to print your barcodes anytime during the Louisville sale.

Friday, April 13 at 10pm

Please note: Online registration & barcode ordering shuts down on Friday, April 13 at 10pm. You will no longer be able to access registration, barcode ordering, volunteer sign ups or drop off sign ups. So it is very important that you finalize your registration, barcodes and workshifts prior to April 13 at 10pm. Barcoding is available on-site, so simply bring a list of the extra barcodes you need and we’ll be happy to print those for you during your drop off appointment.

You will still be able to access your seller homepage to view workshift(s), drop off shifts and estimated sales after the ordering system shuts down. We will begin posting estimated sales on the morning of Wed, April 18. Updates will be made each night after we close (usually around 8pm).

Mon, April 16: 10am – 9pm (appt. necessary)
You can re-stock on Wed, April 18, 5pm to 7pm (no appt. necessary)

Mon, April 23: 4pm – 6pm*

Checks will be ready at pick up. If you choose not to pick up your things, we will mail it to you within 7 days. No need to bring a self-addressed stamped envelope.

*Items not picked up by 6pm on Monday will be donated to a local charity. Sorry, no exceptions due to the tight deadline we have in exiting the venue.

Take advantage of re-stock opportunities! You may bring in more items beginning Wednesday, April 18 from 5-7pm. No appt. necessary. Barcoding will be available.
